Miho Takeguchi has over 17 years of experience in intellectual property practice, including patent prosecution, design and trademark filings, copyright consulting, and IP strategy development.
Although she graduated from a law faculty, she built her technical expertise through hands-on work in software, control systems, mechanical structures, and materials. Her combined background in law + technology allows her to identify risks and provide practical, business-oriented IP solutions.
She also holds advanced copyright qualifications, including:
- Business Copyright Examination (Advanced)
- Certified Intellectual Property Management Skills Test – Level 1 (Content Specialty)
Miho has served as a lecturer for copyright education and has provided consultation services at public institutions.
